PPE Hub processes personal data to manage PPE shipments and returns. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect & why
- Account: name, email, role — to give you access and secure your account.
- Technician profile: phone, pickup address, PO number — to book GLS collections of your PPE.
- Shipments: pickup/recipient details for each return — to arrange and track collection.
- Security & audit: login times, IP address and actions — for security and accountability.
Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in operating the service securely. [Confirm with legal.]
Who we share it with (sub-processors)
- GLS — carrier, to book collections and generate labels.
- Postmark — transactional email (US).
- Sentry — error monitoring (US).
- Microsoft Azure — database & file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
Transfers to US processors rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). [Confirm DPAs/SCCs.]
How long we keep it
Account and shipment data are kept for as long as your account is active and as required for our records; security/audit logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically. [Confirm retention periods.]
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data. You can download your data from your profile, edit your details there, or contact us to request erasure. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Denmark, Datatilsynet).
